It’s crazy that this year is almost over. It feels like just yesterday we were ringing in 2019 and now we will be ringing in a new decade. 2019 was a big year as far as pop culture goes. 2019 Pop Culture Moments – *NSYNC performed at Coachella with Ariana Grande
*Warning: explicit language*
The moment every 90’s girl heart burst. *NSYNC sans Justin Timberlake, who was wrapping up his Man of the Woods Tour, performed “It Makes Me Ill” and “Tearin’ Up My Heart” with Ariana Grande. The “thank u, next” singer sampled IMMI on her tune ‘break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored,” so it only made sense to invite the ex-band on stage at one of the biggest music festivals in the country.
Coachella gave fans an even better hope for a reunion tour. The guys can still dance and sing their hearts out and seem to have a great time while doing it. Hopefully, 2020 brings a lot of performances *ahem tour performances* from the band, whether it’s *NSYNC or *SYNC.

The pop legends broke the internet when Perry appeared in Swift’s video for “You Need to Calm Down.” They wore a burger and fries get-up, depicted as the perfect pair. If you’ve been a fan of them and tuned into the drama between them for the past few years, you would have realized this was a huge moment. Two of the biggest women in pop music put their past behind them and joined forces once again. The two seem to be good friends now, seeing as Swift made Perry cookies.
We are still waiting on a collaboration from the pair. That would smash the charts in no time. Just imagine the vocals and lyricism in that song. Please, ladies, make a women empowerment song. We beg of you!
