Top 5 Week On Diets YouTube Videos of Mike Jeavons
Mike Jeavons is a content producer on Youtube. He makes videos about a lot of things but the videos that get him much of the attention is his “Week On” series of videos where he puts himself on a diet of eating only thing for a week and weighing himself at the end to see how much weight he lost. These usually are not typical diets and there is a lot to look forward to in not only the kinds of things he has to eat but also his reactions to them as well. So to get your mouth watering here are the Top 5 Week On Diets of Mike Jeavons.
Mike Jeavons Week On Diet – The Vogue Egg & Wine Diet
A bit of a departure as this one only lasts 3 days. 3 days of Eggs, Wine, and black coffee. It is a diet that was an online craze and originates from an old diet found in a Vogue Magazine from the 1970s. Not the most creative of diets but he gets through it. It makes you wonder who first came up with this goofy idea, but also, who decided to unearth it and make it a thing again?
Mike Jeavons Week On Diet – Eating Food Beginning with “A”
A more creative diet he put himself through was 7 days of only foods that started the letter “A”. Apple, Apricots, Anchovies. Things like that. There is a lot of appeal in seeing him come up with ideas for foods that start with A. At one point he uses alpaca meat and it’s just as surprising that he found any. Thankfully “Alcohol” is not one of the “A”s on the list but after some of those meals, he probably wishes it was.
Musclefood
Mike has to eat nothing but Musclefood brand foods for a week. Thankfully they send him a LOT of food for him to eat so he doesn’t suffer that much. A lot of what he finds is prepackaged but we are to believe the food takes more energy to eat then is actually in it, so he is told he will lose a couple of pounds. How will he feel at the end of the Week On and will he actually loses any weight?
Ration Packs
Instead of weight loss, Mike settles in on a week of eating nothing but Military ration packs from around the world. Bound to only eat whatever comes in that day pack and water. Some of the packs he has to deal with are interesting as they are survival packs meant to get you by with the bare minimum but some of the packs are full of all kinds of goodies.
Canned Food
A week on 3 meals a day of stuff that comes in a can. It doesn’t sound like too much but it gets old to Mike real fast. A lot of time what he eats is loaded with salt and preservatives. Much of the food from cans isn’t the tastiest stuff but his reactions to some of this make things more fun.
