Top 5 Must Play Fantasy Video Games
The announcements of E3 did make me happy, and gaze into the future with hope, but they also made me feel a little bit crazy. I have to wait so long to play most of the games, so long. And you know what makes it worse, Game of Thrones is over. So here are a bunch of video games to wet your fantasy appetite and tide you over until the next big release.
#5 – Kingdom Hearts

The story is very complicated, so you probably won’t get bored any time soon. It’s also pretty light-hearted and just generally sweet, you could play it with children and not traumatize them. Disney is always a winner, so there should be no confusion as to why it’s on here.
#4 – Zelda: The Twilight Princess

My favorite Zelda game. It’s edgy and dark, the visuals and music are gorgeous. And you get to be a wolf, you get to be a good boy. That is the dream, right? I think the design of Zelda’s character in this installment is the most beautiful.
#3 – Fable Fortune

I’m a sucker for games that shape around my actions. Though it doesn’t really matter to be honest if I’m given a choice to be the good guy or the bad guy. I will always be the good guy.
#2 – God Of War

I didn’t feel great about playing as Kratos in the latest installment, because of the way he treated his son. It made me feel incredibly abusive, and I kept worrying about how my child would turn out. But the fighting was awesome, and the visuals were stunning.
#1 – Dragon Age Inquisition

One of my all-time favorites and loved by a whole bunch of gamers. And I think it may have the best characters of any game I’ve played. Because when I finished it, I knew I would really miss Dorian and Cole. And I’ve never been that sad to say goodbye to characters before.
I really love games and these 5 are a fantastic bunch. But they are not the only ones out there, so have a search and find a world that will tickle your gaming bone.
