Top 5 Musical Tours To Look Forward To This Year
Hallelujah! Concerts are finally back. Since the pandemic happened, concerts, sports, and any events held in large arenas or stadiums were cancelled. Many tours had to be cancelled/ postponed and some were not even announced yet.
But now, thanks to vaccines, concerts are returning this fall and we could not be more excited. Concerts and music are great escapes for people when life is hard, so this is a major milestone.
Here are the top 5 concerts to look forward to this year.
Happiness returns! The Jonas Brothers are embarking on their second tour since they have gotten back together- The Remember This Tour. It kicks off in late August and runs through October. Kelsea Ballerini will join them on the road. This tour is new and was not rescheduled from earlier dates. Tickets are on sale now!
Although there have been no official announcements, the rescheduled dates for Love On Tour are still scheduled for this year. The tour will kick off this August and will run until October 31, with his Harryween show in New York City. It is only a North American tour as of this point. Jenny Lewis will join him as the opener. Tickets are on sale but good luck finding any.
Maroon 5 was supposed to tour last year, but as we all know nothing happened last year. So the band is coming back around this summer for their 2021 Tour. Originally the opener was supposed to be Meghan Trainor, but due to schedule changes and her becoming a mom, Blackbear will now join them on tour. Their new album “JORDI” is out now!
Green Day / Fall Out Boy / Weezer
If you are into Punk music, this is THE tour to go to. Three of Punk’s biggest bands, Green Day, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy are teaming up this Summer from July to September to bring US fans the Hella Mega Tour. Unfortunately, the Europe dates are pushed until 2022. These three bands are sure to put on a hell of a show. Tickets are on sale now.
Dan + Shay
We’re Speechless! After having their tour cancelled last year, country duo Dan + Shay are ready to hit the road again. The (Arena) Tour kicks off in September and goes until December, Their openers are The Band Camino and Ingrid Andress. They have recently won an ACM award and an iHeartRadio award. This duo is just getting started. Tickets are still on sale but going fast.
