John Williams was a first round pick from the University of Florida in the 1986 NFL draft and played 10 seasons in the league. Williams played seven of those ten seasons in Seattle during which he accumulated 4,579 rushing yards in 123 games, the 5th most yards all time by any Seahawks player.
Seattle Seahawks Rushing Leaders#4 – Marshawn Lynch – 6,347 yards

Marshawn Lynch was selected in the first round of the 2007 NFL draft out of the University of California at Berkeley by the Buffalo Bills. After 3 seasons in Buffalo, Lynch was traded to the Seattle Seahawks where he would play almost 6 seasons, make 4 Pro Bowl appearances and win the Super Bowl in 2014. Lynch racked up 6,347 rushing yards with the Seattle Seahawks in 82 games.
#3 – Curt Warner – 6,705 yards

Curt Warner, a 3 time Pro Bowler, was the 3rd overall pick by the Seahawks in the 1983 NFL draft. After leading Penn State in rushing for 3 consecutive years, Warner won the Offensive Player Of The Year in his rookie season with Seattle. In 7 years and 93 games with the Seahawks, Warner accumulated 6,705 yards. Warner is just 1 yard short of second all time.
#2 – Chris Warren – 6,706 yards

Chris Warren was not a top prospect coming out of college but went on to play 11 season in the NFL and was a 3 time Pro Bowler. Drafted 89th overall in the 4th round of the 1990 NFL draft by Seattle, Warren played 8 season with the Seahawks before making stops in Dallas and Philadelphia. When Warren left Seattle in 1997, we have tallied 6,706 rushing yards and was Seattle’s all time rushing yards leader.
#1 – Shawn Alexander – 9,429 yards

With more than 2,400 more yards than anyone else on this list, Shawn Alexander is far and away the all time rushing yards leading for the Seattle Seahawks. Alexander rushed for 9,429 yards in 119 games over 8 seasons with Seattle. Shawn also won numerous awards including 3 Pro Bowl appearances and was named the NFL Most Valuable Player in 2005.
An honorable mention to Russell Wilson. Wilson ranks 7th in rushing yards leaders for the Seattle Seahawks despite being a quarterback.
